1. Only 10th-grade students whose place of residence is officially declared in Vilnius City by the application deadline (March 31, 2025) are eligible to take the entrance exams for the International Baccalaureate (IB) class.
2. Students who have completed the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP), passed the IB MYP on-screen exams and been awarded the IB MYP Certificate (International Baccalaureate Middle Years Certificate) are admitted to the IB class without entrance exams.
3. Applications for admission must be submitted online via the Vilnius City Municipality electronic system at www.vilnius.lt/svietimas from March 1 to March 31. When applying, candidates must select the III gymnasium class and specify English as the language of instruction. A separate application to Vilnius Lyceum is not required.
4. Applicants must take two entrance exams: English language (40 points) and Mathematics (40 points). Each exam lasts 60 minutes.
5. The exam syllabuses are available at www.licejus.lt/syllabuses.
6. The entrance exams will take place on April 26 (Saturday) at 9:00 a.m. Detailed information regarding the exams will be published on April 23 on the school’s website www.licejus.lt.
7. After the exams, the Admissions Board will determine the minimum passing score for each exam. Students who achieve the minimum or a higher score in both exams will be eligible for the admission process.
8. The results of the entrance exams will be published on May 14 on the school’s website www.licejus.lt.
9. Parents of students admitted to the IB class must confirm their acceptance of the invitation to study at Vilnius Lyceum via the Vilnius City Municipality electronic system by June 8.
10. Students who attend foreign schools during the 2024–2025 academic year and wish to take their entrance exams on August 25 must notify the Admissions Board via email at admission@licejus.lt by March 31.
11. The results of the August 25 exams will be announced on August 29.
